1.User Accounts
1.1 You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account per IP.
1.2 We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
1.3 If your account has been inactive for 90 days, and is not referred by anyone it will be removed.
1.4 Your password must be kept secret from others. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will simply send you a new one to your email.
1.5 Your AlertPay/PayPal account has to be unique and not shared with another user or from a banned acount on Trinity Clicks.
1.6 Your email addresses will not be sold. It will only be shown in the case that you are banned.
1.7 You must be at least 18 years old OR 13 years or older with parental permission. A user under 18 certifies that a parent has given permission by checking the box that corresponds to "I agree to the Terms"
1.8 We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site. If you are caught using a Proxy, your account will be terminated.
2. Refferals
2.1 You may refer as many people as you want.
2.2 Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses, and IP address.
2.3 You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.
2.4 A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred them.
2.5 You may not referr your self to Trinity Clicks.
3. Cheating
3.1 If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove the user's earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
3.2 Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
3.3 Creating or using any type of emulator, or program to automate the process of clicking.
3.4 Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
3.5 Failing more than 19 cheat checks with in one calander month, at the end of each month the cheat checks are cleared.
3.6 If you have more than 10 denied Paid To Sign Ups on your account and/or if you submit the Paid To Sign Up cheat ad. it will be deleted and/or if you submit the Paid To Sign up cheat ad.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, special offers and issues with the site. If a user is cought spamming or sending unsolicited emails we have the right to delete you.
4.2 By joining, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Due to our worldwide, international status, we will not do this for you.
5. Advertising Terms
5.1 The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
5.2 The website must not contain any frame breakers.
5.3 The website must not redirect to another site.
5.6 The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
5.7 The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
5.8 The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
5.9 The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
5.10 The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
6. Liability
6.1 Trinity Clicks will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Trinity Clicks and therefore beyond our control.
6.2 Trinity Clicks reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
6.3 Trinity Clicks will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
6.4 This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
6.5 Any chargeback made, will result in immediate account termination.
6.6 Trinity Clicks is NOT an MLM, Pyramid Scheme, or Get-Rich-Quick program. We do not require you to pay any fees ever to join and participate in our site. We do not require you to have a website or sell any product to use our service. We do not require you to refer anyone to our site to use our service. You will not get rich by using our program. We are an internet advertising program in which you receive payment solely on the work you perform.
7. Payments
7.1 Payments will be issued the 15 of the following month Ex: you request April 30th, you will be paid May 15th.
7.2 You need atleast $2.50 to request cashout.
7.3 Payments to the following countries/territories will be denied unless they are an upgraded member.

- Hong Kong
